Ham-Veggie Wrap Sandwich

1/4 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup finely chopped seeded cucumber
1/4 cup (1 oz.) Shredded Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
2 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon fat free ranch dressing, divided
3 (7-inch) soft flour tortillas
1 package (6 oz.) Healthy Ones™ Honey Ham
3 small leaves green leaf lettuce


Toss together carrot, cucumber, cheese and onions in small bowl. Spread 1 teaspoon dressing on each tortilla. Place 6 slices ham over each tortilla. Place lettuce leaf in center on ham. Spread one-third of the vegetable mixture (1/4 cup) down center, top to bottom, of each tortilla. Fold one side of tortilla over vegetable mixture and roll to wrap. Serve immediately or wrap each in plastic wrap or foil for take-with sandwiches.
