Ham and Noodle Toss

6 ounces Healthy Ones™ Smoked Ham, sliced 1/4 inch thick
6 ounces uncooked egg noodles
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
3/4 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/3 cup shredded carrot
1 tablespoon unsalted margarine
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves, crushed
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


Cut ham into strips, cover and set aside. Cook noodles according to package directions, omitting salt. In large nonstick skillet, cook mushrooms, celery, green onion and carrot in margarine 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender over medium heat. Add reserved ham and milk; cook and stir 1 minute or until hot. Drain noodles. Toss together noodles, ham mixture and cheese.
