Greek Salad Pita

1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons chopped cucumber
1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
1 tablespoon light red wine vinaigrette
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed (optional)
1 (6 inch) whole wheat or white pita pocket bread
2 red leaf or romaine lettuce leaves
4 slices (2 oz.) Healthy Ones Variety Pack Honey Ham or Honey Turkey or a combination


Combine tomato, cheese, cucumber, vinaigrette and rosemary and mix well. Cut pita in half and open into pockets. Line pockets with lettuce and ham or turkey and fill pockets with tomato mixture.


Makes 1 serving.
