Ham & Caesar Salad Pita

1/2 cup romaine lettuce
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1 tablespoon light Caesar dressing
1 (6 inch) whole wheat or white pita pocket bread
4 slices (2 oz.) Healthy Ones Honey Ham
2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
Freshly ground black pepper (optional)


Combine lettuce, tomato and dressing and mix well. Cut pita in half and open into pockets. Line pockets with ham and fill with lettuce mixture. Top with cheese and sprinkle with pepper if desired.
