Deli Beef Stew

6 ounces Healthy Ones™ Deli Roast Beef, sliced 1/8 inch thick
1-1/2 cups water, divided
1-1/2 teaspoons low-sodium beef bouillon granules
1 cup sliced carrots
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/8 teaspoon browning and seasoning sauce
Dash garlic powder
Dash ground black pepper
3/4 cup frozen peas with pearl onions


Cut beef into 1/2 inch wide strips; set aside. Bring 1 cup of the water and bouillon to a boil over medium heat in large skillet. Add carrots; cover and cook until tender, about 4 minutes. Stir together cornstarch, thyme, seasoning sauce, garlic powder, pepper and the remaining 1/2 cup water in small bowl. Add cornstarch mixture and peas to skillet. Cook and stir until thickened. Stir in beef; continue heating until hot.
